Andrew obtained his BBusSci in Economics Honours from the University of Cape Town in 2006 and then went on to complete his honours in Actuarial Science, specialising in Quantitative Finance, also at the University of Cape Town. On graduating he held majors in Statistics, Economics and Finance.

Andrew commenced his working career with QuestCo from the beginning of January 2008. He is young and is enthusiastic to learn about the world of corporate finance and its surrounding financial markets. Andrew is also currently enrolled with the CFA programme and has completed Level 2.

DISPOSALS

• Advised RMB Ventures, Tiso Group and Idwala Management on the disposal of a 44% equity interest in Idwala Industrial Holdings to a consortium comprising of Ethos Private Equity Fund V and Old Mutual. (2008)
• Advised De Beers on disposal of non core asset (2008)
