He completed his articles at Deloitte South Africa in the Financial Institutions Services Team, auditing major asset managers, medical schemes and a leading bank.

He then joined Deloitte Bermuda, auditing a New York-based alternative asset manager across over 30 hedge funds covering private equity, private debt and real estate.

He has developed expertise in transaction structuring, valuation, due diligence and advanced financial modelling.

Nicholas joined Questco in 2025 after completing an 18-month contract with Deloitte Bermuda. Prior to that he served his articles at Deloitte South Africa in the Financial Institutions Services division, with a focus on banking, distressed debt acquisitions and group accounting. While at Deloitte Bermuda, he formed part of the Life and Health insurance audit division. During his time at Deloitte South Africa and Bermuda, he gained valuable skills and experience in listed audit, valuation and impairment assessments, insurance accounting and various other technical accounting areas under both IFRS and US GAAP.
